Google Mörder??

There have been a string of hiccups for Google lately. First Google lost the trademark to Gmail in Germany earlier this month and now there is news of the German Government funding a search engine. Is this effort a Google Killer? Keine Weise (No Way). Such grand Government backed schemes die slow excruciating deaths. Here is a case in point. What this however points to is that a lot of people are getting uncomfortable with the power Google is wielding and that usually is an ominous sign.

Update: Mark Anderssen disagrees with what I said (slow excruciating death) and says this is money thrown into an incinerator. Instantly chopped. Ouch!
